Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front side of the cards.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You need an account to place an order which enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
Delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination.
- Malta (1-5 business days) – Free Shipping when spending €50 or over / €5 when spending less than €50
- Gozo (1-5 business days) – Free Shipping when spending €50 or over / €10 when spending less than €50
- Store Pickup – Free
- Rest of the world (depending on country) – Please use the ‘Request Quote’ on the Cart/Checkout page. This will notify us about your items and we will send you an email with the Shipping Quote / details.
Orders usually ship 1-5 days from the date the payment was received. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on the area.
Yes we ship internationally. After adding your items to the Shopping Cart, please use the ‘Request Quote’ on the Cart/Checkout page. This will notify us about your items and we will send you an email with the Shipping Quote / details. If you accept the quote you can simple follow the link on the email.
